This platform aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA criteria. Our accessibility improvement process is actively ongoing.

Known Exceptions and Ongoing Improvements

• Colour Contrast

  Some secondary text and background colour combinations may fall below the WCAG 2.2 AA threshold. Our design system is being updated to improve these ratios.

• Third-Party Content

  Embedded content from external providers such as map widgets and payment plug-ins may carry their own accessibility limitations. Alignment with these providers is in progress.

• PDF Documents

  Tagged and screen-reader-accessible versions of existing PDF documents are being prepared.

• Complex Data Tables

  Header associations in some data tables are being reviewed and corrected under WCAG 2.2 Success Criterion 1.3.1.
